Cat Quest

If you’re after an RPG full of loot, combat and ultra-satisfying magic and exploration, then you should run (not walk) to the Epic Games Store and grab Kepler Interactive’s Cat Quest. Did I mention it’s a multi-award-winning experience too? It won awards for Best Adventure/Role Playing Game and Best Art Design at Intel Level Up 2017.

As the furry feline protagonist of this adventure, you’ve been thrust into a quest to fight the evil villain Drakoth and rescue your catnapped sister. Along the way, you’ll meet multiple memorable characters in the world of Felingard, a huge map that’s full of dungeons to loot, side quests galore and enemies to swat your claws. Just typical cat stuff, you know?

Alongside a pawsome adventure, Cat Quest offers so much customization you won’t know what to do with it — particularly if you love donning your character in the best gear possible. There are so many different weapons, armor, spells, and more, each so distinct that you can create a mix of combinations suitable for your play style.

Usually $13, Cat Quest is free via the Epic Games Store now. Released in 2017, most gamers who liked the game greatly enjoy its level of customization. It currently sits at a 4.6 out of 5 rating.

Neko Ghost, Jump

Neko Ghost, Jump is a puzzle-platformer from developer and publisher Burgos Games. In this game, players switch between a 2D and 3D camera perspective, allowing you to solve puzzles by changing perspective.

The most important thing you need to know about Neko Ghost, Jump however is that it’s an early access game — meaning that it’s not yet finished. That said, there’s nothing wrong with downloading the game and playing it when it leaves early access.

Usually $15, Neko Ghost, Jump is free via the Epic Games Store now. As Neko Ghost, Jump is an early access game, players’ opinions of it are still being assessed. What do I need to do to get free Epic Store games?

To get free games from the Epic Store each week, you must sign up and make an account.

To register as a user for the Epic Store, first head to the Epic Games website. At the top right-hand corner, click the Sign In button and then Create Account at the bottom of the page.

Can I play the free Epic Store games on Steam?

The Epic Store is different to Steam, so the games that you own on the Epic Store will not be available to play on Steam. If you want to play the free games you’ve downloaded from the Epic Store, you must play them via Epic’s launcher.
