The fact that you’re even reading this means we agree: Sweeping and mopping are a huge pain, and robot vacuums are a great way to clean your floor without it being a chore. That said, I don’t want to have to babysit a robot vac that keeps getting stuck and lost (or worse) in my home, which is why the Narwhal Flow’s AI-powered navigation has caught my attention, especially now that it’s available with a hefty $400 discount as part of the limited-time Prime Big Deal Days..
The Flow debuted earlier this year at CES 2025, boasting an auto-emptying dock, self-cleaning and drying mop pads and advanced AI navigation that allows it to find its way around tricky furniture, avoid obstacles and even automatically detangle itself when stuck. It’s also the only robot vacuum we’ve seen with optional hookups, allowing for near total set-and-forget filling and draining of the unit’s water tank.
Like the most advanced robot vacuums available today, the Flow is able to lift itself to get over obstacles and thresholds up to 1.6 inches tall. It also has the ability to dynamically move its brushes and mopping head for true edge-to-edge and corner-to-corner cleaning. However, the feature that has me looking twice is Narwhal’s AI chip, which processes images captured by the vacuum’s dual ultra-wide cameras to recognize and avoid more than 200 different types of objects, including cables, socks and pet waste. (Trust me, the last thing you want is to spend an afternoon cleaning cat barf out of your robot.)

Why this deal matters
One of the newest models in the robot vacuum space, the Narwhal Flow, debuted earlier this year, starting at $1,500 with a presale discount that brought the launch price to $1,100 through the end of August. Today’s Prime Big Deal Days deal brings the price back down to that early-adopter low, knocking $400 off the bottom line for new owners looking to pick up this cutting-edge home robot.
