My Go-To Little Carpet Cleaner Is Available at a Big Discount on Cyber Monday

You don’t need to lug around a hulking machine to keep your carpets clean. Whenever I want to spot clean a mess, which is pretty often with a small child and a cat in the household, I reach for my Bissell Little Green Mini carpet cleaner. It handles anything from carpet to area rugs and upholstered furniture. It’s my pick for the job because it’s super portable and can deep clean dirt, grime and all sorts of stains quickly.

If you’re looking to snag one yourself, it’s available now at a big Cyber Monday discount. Amazon has Bissell’s classic Little Green Mini model on sale for $75, which saves you $20 off its regular price. But you’ll want to jump on this deal right away because, like many Cyber Monday deals, I don’t expect this one to be around for much longer.

The classic, corded model weighs in at just seven pounds and comes with a sample bottle of liquid soap formula, a self-cleaning hose tool and a four-inch scrubber, sprayer and suction attachment. And as its name suggests, this thing is tiny, at just over 12 inches tall, 13 inches wide and 10 inches deep — making it convenient to store away and break out when you need to clean.

There’s also a cordless model that comes in different colors and gives you up to 20 minutes of cordless cleaning, which is good for your car or quickly tackling a small mess in your home. The cordless model comes in limited-edition lake blue and dusk pink colors. It costs a little more than the corded model, but it’s on sale during Cyber Monday for just $110, which is $50 off its regular price.

If you need something a little bigger with more power, Walmart has the larger version on sale for just $79 ($44 off) during its Cyber Monday deals event. Bissell’s larger Little Green Portable Deep Cleaner has a 15-foot cord, weighs a little over 14 pounds and has a 48-ounce tank that lets you do a lot more cleaning in between refills.

Why this deal matters

While Amazon’s deal on Bissell’s classic Little Green Mini carpet cleaner for Cyber Monday isn’t quite as low as the $70 we saw it for during the online retailer’s Prime Days sale this past summer, $75 is still an excellent bargain for such a versatile machine. I use mine on at least a weekly basis — and will surely be using it a lot more frequently in the coming weeks as I prepare to host several gatherings at my home over the holiday season.
