How to Watch the NFL Draft 2025: Start Time Tonight, TV Schedule, Draft Order and More

The Tennessee Titans drafted Cam Ward with the first overall selection last night, as many expected, and as the quarterback from Miami was greeted on stage by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, we got our first surprise of the draft. The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up to the second pick for Travis Hunter, the two-way star from Colorado.

Only one other quarterback was drafted after Ward in the first round, and it wan’t Shedeur Sanders, Deion’s son and Hunter’s teammate at Colorado. After taking edge rusher Abdul Carter with the third pick, the New York Giants traded back into the first round to select Jaxson Dart, a quarterback from Mississippi.

When and where Shedeur gets drafted is the big question heading into the draft’s second day. The Cleveland Browns need a quarterback as they try to recover from the disastrous Deshaun Watson trade and have the first pick of the second round. Could he be the first off the board tonight?

The NFL draft continues tonight with the second and third rounds starting at 7 p.m. ET (4 p.m. PT) on ABC, ESPN2 and NFL Network. Here’s everything you need to know to watch all the action without cable.

How can I watch the draft live?

Watch live for free: ABC will air the remaining two days of the draft. You can watch for free if you have an over-the-air antenna hooked up to your TV and can get your local ABC station.

Subscription options: The NFL draft will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and NFL Network. There will also be a livestream on the WatchESPN or NFL Mobile apps (or ESPN.com or NFL.com). One caveat: You will need to prove you have a TV subscription (from a cable or satellite provider or live TV streaming service) that includes ESPN or the NFL Network in order to watch live on either app.

Cable TV cord-cutters have several options for watching the draft via a live TV streaming service, detailed below.
