    Women’s March Madness 2025: How to Watch the Sweet 16 Games Today

    With few upsets so far in the women’s NCAA bracket, we have some monster matchups set for the Sweet 16, starting with the classic college basketball rivalry between No. 3 North Carolina vs. No. 2 Duke today. The Tar Heels and Blue Devils tip off at 2:30 p.m. ET (11:30 a.m. PST) on ESPN in the first of four Sweet 16 games. Another four games are slated for tomorrow.

    Here’s everything you need to know to watch the Sweet 16 of the women’s March Madness tournament, including a cheap way to stream the Final Four and the National Championship game.

    When does the women’s Sweet 16 start?

    Here’s the Sweet 16 TV schedule for today and tomorrow (all times ET):

    Friday, March 28

    • No. 3 North Carolina vs. No. 2 Duke: 2:30 p.m. on ESPN
    • No. 4 Maryland vs. No. 1 South Carolina: 5 p.m. on ESPN
    • No. 3 LSU vs. No. 2 NC State: 7:30 p.m on ESPN
    • No. 5 Ole Miss vs. No. 1 UCLA: 10 p.m. on ESPN

    Saturday, March 29

    • No. 3 Notre Dame vs. No. 2 TCU: 1 p.m. on ABC
    • No. 5 Tennessee vs. No. 1 Texas: 3:30 p.m. on ABC
    • No. 3 Oklahoma vs. No. 2 UConn: 5:30 p.m. on ESPN
    • No. 5 Kansas State vs. No. 1 USC: 8 p.m. on ESPN

    The Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games will be played in Birmingham, Alabama, and Spokane, Washington. The Final Four and championship games will be played at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

    Looking ahead, here are the remaining tournament schedule, round by round:

    • Sweet 16: March 28-29
    • Elite Eight: March 30-31
    • Final Four: Friday, April 4
    • National championship: Sunday, April 6

    How to watch women’s Sweet 16 without cable?

    The rest of the tournament will be shown on ESPN and ABC. All five of the major live TV streaming services offer both channels but not every streaming service carries every local network in every area so check each one using the links below to make sure it carries ABC where you live.     Caitlin Clark carried the Iowa Hawkeyes to the Final Four but her 30 points in the final weren’t enough to get past South Carolina, who prevailed 87-75 to complete a perfect 39-0 season.
