Pluribus hails from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan. That detail alone has generated a lot of interest in the sci-fi series. Rhea Seehorn, who starred in Breaking Bad’s legal-themed spinoff, leads the cast of Pluribus. Aside from that and the fact that the show takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, there are no other similarities between the new drama and Gilligan’s other Emmy-winning titles.
